An Argumental View Against Patenting in Rational Terms.
The ethical dimension will certainly be discussed through the paper but it is interesting that a 'hot' issue pertains to 'commodities' that probably cannot be defended by patents. The central argument will be against patenting of the kind, in rational terms, more than ideas of the sanctity of life found in much NGO or critical political material. (Leahy,2002).
