Based on some article sources and a biography, this essay assesses whether the education received by an individual in the book, Ali Hashemi, receives a traditional Islamic education or not. Basically, though his education has the essential component or basis of Islamic education as outlined by the article, it lacks some of the elements. Also, it leads him to mysticism, which is an important differnce.
