This paper is a proposal for an interested corporation with a need for a better computer system to provide information to the company on its needs, its growth projections, and any problems it believes it has with IT systems, at which time the company will develop a system for the corporation and create a test that will demonstrate the capabilities of the system and make it clear how users need to be trained, what they can do with the new system, what it will cost, and how soon it can be implemented.
