This paper shall examine computer ethics in network security. The purpose of this paper will be to answer (or begin to answer) three concerns regarding network security. One, what is Internet security and how is it employed on the World Wide Web? Two, what is a hacker and what role does he/she play in regards to computer security? Three, what is public key infrastructure and what is its role on the Internet?
