Chris Turing, by signing her employment contract with WebServicesInc., as Cem Kaner would say, is responsible and accountable to provide the information asked of her by her employer, and to not discuss the nature of her job with competitors and others. She has already defined a method of collecting the information. The problem is that her assignment is too broad; it does not include categories of information to avoid, such as Richard Spinellos vulnerable groups like children and senior citizens. Therefore, Chris is left to question the ethics of her assignment to collect email addresses from internet sites for resell to any customer.
