A Philosophical Analysis of Hong Kong Public Policy: The Potential Consequences and the Impact of the Workfare Program
This paper identifies a series of trends found within welfare reform and policy. Based on data from Hong Kong's workfare programs and a history of theoretical work in the United States under TANF reform, this paper tackles issues of policy in regards to practice and agenda. A good primer for theory in agenda research and comparative views on "entitlement" policies.
