The title of this research article, "A Comparison Of Four Endotracheal Tube Holders", does not concisely and clearly state the theme as it goes on to discuss the skin irritation and discomfort caused by wearing of an endocracheal tube but does not mention it in the title. The readers are not able to understand the overall purpose of the article, which is to compare four methods (Lillihei harness, Comfix, Dale and Secure Easy) of securing endotracheal tubes in orally incubated adult patients in the intensive care unit.
