This paper provides a book review - NOT a book report - of Plutarch's classic "Alexander the Great." This paper assesses the biases and the motivation that Plutarch had in writing this book. The paper concludes in noting that while the book is not an accurate historical interpretation of Alexander's life, Plutarch did make Alexander a permanent hero in history.
