Within this paper, I argue that Biff is the most successful character within "Death of a Salesman." I establish my argument by highlighting the differences between Willy and Biff, in order to demonstrate how Biff's method of living his life is more successful than Willy's. In the end, I conclude by mentioning that since Biff's successful life is the product of a reaction against his father's failures, Biff's success in certain ways redeems his father's failures.
