This paper analyzes two articles, for what they say about Napster and why it was wrong to have a system allowing people to copy and distribute intellectual property with impunity and without a fee, showing how people have only a vague concept of the meaning of intellectual property and how the issue is today being debated as to the specific value of patent and copyright law.
