Researching the Ethics of the Death Penalty for Minors
This paper explores the death penalty for juveniles and identifies the themes present within the literature. A personal response concludes this paper. It is demonstrated that the juvenile is predisposed for unfair execution due to a culture of fear towards juveniles, and an inappropriate application of the law for juveniles who are not fully able to comprehend their actions.
