This essay is in the form of a letter to the Commissioners who authored the Canadian Democracy and Corporate Accountability Commission's (2002) report on Corporate Profits and Responsibility in the 21st Century. The letter makes recommendations with regards to the role of the government (referencing points 12, 10, 17 & 20 of the Report).
