Judicial Review and The Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
This paper explores the impact of judicial review on the administration of law and the quality of education in Canada. More specifically, it looks at how judicial review and the entrenchment of the Charter have affected the legal system and the ability of teachers to provide high quality and meaningful education to students. In the final analysis, it is proposed that greater knowledge of the Charter and the relevant laws that affect teachers are the only solutions to the situation. 16 pgs. 31 f/c. 15b.
