International Migration Flows in the 21st Century.
This paper is on international migration in the 21st Century. Immigration has been a continual feature of Canadian polity, at least for the last 3 centuries, and at the present time, it continues to be so usual that one can forget the significance of a country that admits almost twice as many newcomers per capita as the United States and other immigrant-receiving countries.
