Housing for the Elderly: Efficiency versus Quality.
In this essay, a detailed assessment of housing for the elderly populations of Canada is discussed. The essay argues that meeting the housing needs of the elderly has to be based on the marketing approach of finding out the practical needs of the elderly population through a demographic profile.
