Sexual Harassment Happens More in Non-Union Employment
This paper focuses on the subject of sexual harassment. The thesis is whether union workers have more or less sexual harassment cases per year. Sexual harassment is a problem in almost every career. However, unions have stewards who deal with sexual harassment cases as they investigate and work to come to a solution. This paper focuses on different types of jobs that have sexual harassment cases and different cases to show how solutions to the case were solved.
