Research Project: Cross-Departmental Teams at Sisu and Their Role in Enhancing Customer Satisfaction
This paper reports on a research project conducted on the customers of Sisu Inc., a manufacturer of premium vitamins and supplements based in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. This company began utilizing cross-departmental teams in 2000. At present the company has 85 staff members, including five cross-departmental teams, with six members per team. Many of these team members are management level employees.
