The requested paper was to review a pre-selected article and discuss the implications of the content. For the most part the article chosen discussed the issue of US federal legislation with respect to overtime payments to employees who are classified as non-exempt. The paper took a different twist on what is currently happening in the hospitality industry in that the focus became one of long range effects.
