Organizational Behavior: Change at Perot Systems Case Study
This paper is a case study of the new CEO of the Perot Systems company, a man who analyzes the existing business situation upon his appointment. He determines several things about the changing business climate and the nature of this particular company in preparation of brigning about change to make the company more friendly to its employees and customers alike, seeing each as ill-treated in the more common business structure.
