Organizational Behavior Case Study: Federal Airlines and the John Highfield Company.
This report provides two case studies of motivation and leadership during change. In the first a new Work Improvement Program (WIP) is being introduced. In the latter, personnel changes at the management level have occurred. In both cases lower employee motivation and declining productivity have resulted. Solutions to each problem are proposed: Federal Airlines implemented change improperly while John Highfield has serious leadership deficiencies at present. 9 pgs. No bibliography provided.
