It is amazing when one considers the sheer magnitude of the Walt Disney Company. They have been able to amass a vast array of holdings, including media, theme parks, resorts, entertainment, and merchandise, thanks to their careful management of key organizational issues, such as organizational structure, leadership styles, strategic planning, the implementation of organizational change, and the management of diversity. As Walt Disney once said, however, I only hope that we dont lose sight of one thing that it was all started by a mouse. (cited in Walt Disney Corporate n.d.)
