Managing within "Agile" Organizations: Evaluating Management Effectiveness within Non-Profit Organizations
This paper briefly explores the "schemes" found within managing a nonprofit organization. By "schemes", it is meant that the nonprofit organization needs to work within multiple areas of society in order to attract funding from non-commercial ventures. This paper explores a fictional manager at National Public Radio as a means of defining the many schemes.
