This paper addresses two cases and the legal implications of each, both in terms of the application of contract law. The first involves the purchase of a car and a car warranty, which was not honored beacsue the middleman did not file the papers as intended, and the second a case involving the delivery of meat and why that meat spoiled before it was delivered.
