HR in the last decade or so has changed its focus. The directions of HR activities have taken on a role of relationship builder; in order to gain value added processes within its organization. Furthermore, its role as the central controlling point of human activities has also redirected towards strategic in terms of catching up with market activities, environmental changes, and technological invasion. Its role is also to support the company in its long-term strategy and reaching its competitive. However, it will have to take over the task to acquaint its people of upcoming change.
