This two page paper is a summary of experiences gained through a seven week hospitality management internship. The management areas of the internship included the kitchen, restuarant, room service, floor goverance, and housekeeping. A conclusion was entered with respect to other areas that should have been included in the internship such as front desk operation, sales and marketing, and human resources.
