This paper encompasses the presentation of an electronic communication modernization plan for a CSR office. Included in the plan are an executive and type of electronic communications system to be used. Hardware, software and other equipment necessary to upgrade a CSR telecommuter home office are presented and discussed. The efficiency of the products used for the upgrade along with economical feasibility is examined as well.
