Discrimination in the Workplace: An Analysis of Corporate Ethics
This ten page graduate paper examines discrimination in corporate America, which is a lingering and very real problem despite the gradual empowerment racial minorities and women have gained through political activism and judicial action. The establishment of Affirmative Action policies and the increasing cultural diversity of the American workplace have been positive achievements, but racial, gender, and age discrimination are still common and must be resisted with courage, determination, and legal assistance if equality and justice are to be respected in corporate America.
