The DiSC analyzes a persons natural tendencies, those tendencies that influence their behavior. Once an assessment is performed, the result can help people realize where their strengths are, as well as where their weaknesses lie. In this way, they can then begin to take actions to not only emphasize those natural strengths but to also take action to improve upon their weaknesses (Alessandra, n.d.). This paper will describe my personal style, as uncovered by the DiSC, as well as an action plan to implement three of the suggestions given to improve myself. And, finally, what results are anticipated will be discussed.
