This paper analyses the government and business situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina today, noting that the country created a joint multi-ethnic and democratic government, given the responsibility for conducting foreign, diplomatic, and fiscal policy, as well as a second tier of government comprising two entities roughly equal in size: the Bosnia/Croat Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina
