This paper discusses the plight of Iraqis living in the specific geographic region of South Florida and, moreoever, also considers those with remaining familial connections in Iraq proper. The heart of the paper discusses the potential for a community outreach program to assist this subsection of the population, as well as the resources and services such programs would require and offer.
